By accessing or using the ShareHubb platform, website, and associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

ShareHubb provides AI-driven workflow automation, including but not limited to document chatting (RAG), sales data extraction, internal knowledge bases, and Document-as-a-Service (DaaS) hosting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the data and documents you upload to ShareHubb. You agree not to use the service to:

• Restricted Data: Upload illegal, malicious, or highly restricted data without proper configuration.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary local inference architecture.
• Abuse: Exceed the rate limits or token usage quotas specified in your pricing tier.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and data you upload. ShareHubb retains all ownership rights to the platform, underlying code, AI pipelines, and dashboard interfaces.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShareHubb or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our AI services.
